Home Visits

Doctor's bag

Our doctors typically see four patients at the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, if you are too ill to get to the surgery and think you need a home visit it is very important to ring early in the morning.

The receptionist will ask you to describe the main symptoms and take a contact telephone number.  These details will be passed to the triage doctor or nurse who will telephone you to discuss your problem and ensure the best outcome for you.

Wherever possible, requests for a home visit should be received before 10am.
