Happy New year from all at St Vincents!
As we start 2021 we would like to update you on how are services are running here at the surgery.
For the foreseeable future, GP appointments will continue to be carried out over the phone through e-consultation or video consultation, if there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice you WILL be booked a face to face appointment.
The Nursing Team are working hard to ensure their service is running as normally as possible.
We still have some flu vaccines in stock - if you are eligible please call the surgery to make an appointment.
Covid vaccines are being rolled out, please DO NOT call the surgery to enquire when you will be called, all patients will be contacted in due course.
If you have an appointment to come into the surgery please:
Wear a face covering
Come as close to your appointment time as possible
DO NOT attend if you have any signs or symptoms of Covid-19
We appreciate that the telephone lines can be busy, we are working as hard as possible to keep any delay to a minimum, alternatively please email non-urgent queries to email@example.com
Face Coverings and Temperature Checks
Whilst we are trying to bring as few patients to the Practice as possible, if you are asked to attend we ask that you wear a face covering that covers your mouth and nose ,such as multi layered scarf, if you do not have a mask. This is to protect both you and our staff. Our staff will also be checking the temperature of any patients asked to attend. Please bear with the staff when attending, they are doing their very best to keep both you and us as safe as possible.
Face coverings do NOT replace social distancing. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, and/or high temperature, and/or loss of, or change in your normal sense of smell or taste – anosmia), do NOT attend the surgery, you and your household must isolate at home: wearing a face covering does NOT change this. You should arrange to have a test for COVID-19 via gov.uk or calling 119.
HOLLYBUSH HEALTH CENTRE
